My name is Beau and I have been in the administration sector for 12 years now. I enjoy all aspects of administration, whether its social media management, file organisation or customer engagement. I have a wealth of knowledge in the medical and beauty sector as well as the building trade.
I have two daughters, a fiance, two cats and live in Kent! When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring our amazing countryside with my family and cooking. I decided to create Elevate Management after my second daughter was born. I wanted to spend more time at home raising her as I felt like I had missed out on raising my eldest by going back to work when she was only 4 months old. I feel blessed that I can now be around for the school run and can watch my children grow more than I ever could in the past. We have a really good work/life balance and a very happy family. I feel extremely lucky and thankful to have such a supportive partner. He is my soulmate, my rock and my best friend!

I like to offer packages to my clients depending on their business needs unless they are looking to have their website created from scratch or redesigned, then I will discuss a bespoke plan with them.
Once a list of tasks has been confirmed, an agreement will be drawn up and signed by both parties. All VA packages are paid in advance by standing order. Any additional time over the package will be billed at the PAYG rates at the end of the month with payments due within 14 days
